Request Art/Marketing to Review Vectors and Web Images

If there are concerns about web images or vectors not being accurate in color or details, follow instructions below.

Web Images

1. Reach out to your manager with your concerns and relevant details via email to request a review of a web image. Consider the following:

    • Have dealers complained?
    • Has this resulted in lost sales or returns?
    • Has there been a recent change to the product that would be resulting in this variation (i.e. fabric change, factory change, etc.)

2. Manager will review concerns and forward to Cameron Halmrast, Lane, Gregg, and Jarod to request a review

 

Vectors for Design Proofs

1. Reach out to your manager with your concerns and relevant details via email to request a review of a web image. Consider the following:

    • Have dealers complained?
    • Has this resulted in lost sales or returns?
    • Has there been a recent change to the product that would be resulting in this variation (i.e. fabric change, factory change, etc.)

2. Manager will review concerns and forward to Milo, Kirby, Grace, Darrel and Cameron to request a review
