Report Server: Interpreting the Revised Est. Ship Date
The Revised Est. Ship Date on the CS - Open Order Report can tell you a lot about the status of the inventory on the order! Here's a quick guide to understanding it.
If Revised Est. Ship date is a Future Date: The listed date is our estimated incoming inventory date. Please note that orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship after we receive inventory. Inventory arrival dates are estimates and may be improved or delayed.
If Revised Est. Ship date is Blank/Empty: This means that the backordered inventory has arrived to fulfill the SKU on the order in question, and we have positive inventory on hand (i.e. if you were to place a new order today, the SKU would be in stock).
If Revised Est. Ship date is Today's Date: This generally indicates that the inventory has arrived to fulfill the backorder, but we do not have additional inventory on hand (i.e. if you were to place a new order today, the SKU would be backordered). In some cases, it could also mean that the inventory arrival date is still estimated for today, but the shipment has not yet arrived or been checked in.

The above screenshot was taken on 6/3/2025, meaning:

- 258-WB-A (line 2) has arrived to fulfill this order, but new orders placed today would be backordered
- All other caps are in stock for the order
