Managing Banners and Blocks in Magento

This article explains how to enable and disable Banners and Blocks within the Magento Admin panel.

Enabling/Disabling a Banner in Magento

To enable a banner in Magento, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Magento Admin via this Link and login with admin credentials.
  2. In the Navigation Menu, go to welt PIXEL → Banners for Sliders.
  3. Use the Filters to find the banner you want to enable.
  4. Select the banner.
  5. Click Actions → Enable/Disable.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Enabling/Disabling a Block in Magento

To enable a CMS Block:

  1. Log in to the Magento Admin panel.
  2. Go to Content → Elements → Blocks.
  3. Locate the block you need to enable using Filters.
  4. Select the block.
  5. Click Edit, (you can edit blocks here) then change Status to Enable/Disable.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
