1. Blocked Users
Steps to Resolve:

- Request their Ray ID (valid for two days).
- Check Cloudflare to see if they are blocked.
- Have them scan for malware using: Malwarebytes.
- If necessary, request David to whitelist their IP.
- If the issue persists, ask them to use a VPN and retry.

2. Setting Up a User Account
Steps to Resolve:
- Collect the required user details via email.
- SAP Setup β Navigate to Business Partner β Master Data.
- Search with account number
- Select Contact Persons tab
- Select Define new
- Add needed information
- Note: Check email domains match's company domain
- Magento Setup β Register them at Magento User Registration.
- Ensure they receive an email to set up their password.
