You can view notes by clicking activities. Once you click activities you can Pin important notes
You can pin a note by clicking Notes, and clicking actions.

You can also log important info or a conversation from a call. Click the More.... Tab next to Mtg unders the Company Name. Select Log a Call. What to log?
