# Web Authority Types

## Web Authority determines a user's permissions when logged into their dealer account on the website

**Restricted**: Can build and save designs and access the account dashboard for order updates, but **cannot place orders**.

**User**: Can place orders, build and save designs, and access the account dashboard for order updates.

**Administrator**: Includes all User permissions, plus the ability to access and submit the Account Update Form, manage passwords for other users, and view designs and artwork created by all users on the account. *At least one user should be designated as the adminstrator**.***

**No**: Does not have access to the account dashboard or online ordering.

**Sales Rep**: reserved for Richardson Sales Reps. Contacts with Web Authority Sales Rep do not display as an editable contact on the dealer's Account Update form.
