Ticket Tags | CS Pipelines

Ticket Tags are a great visual way to a ticket that meets certain criteria. We are also able to use Ticket Tags to identify company properties of the company that is associated with a ticket (such as our SKUs tag).

For a quick reminder of ticket tag's meaning, hover your cursor over the tag on the ticket!

All Pipelines

Ticket Tag Meaning How to Trigger It
Warning for the ticket owner to see the ticket for important information that would have been added by the inbox manager or another team member. Check the ticket-specific tab for info in the CS Tickets - Notes and FYIs property. Change the See Ticket Notes ticket property to Yes on the ticket (left sidebar) or when creating a ticket from the inbox
There is an email from a contact that was received after the Ticket create date, and we have not yet replied to it. The last message received on the ticket is from the visitor, not from us. Ticket activity triggers this, we do not and would not manually trigger this tag

Order Processing Pipelines (Custom Orders, Blank Orders & Conceptuals)

Ticket Tag Meaning How to Trigger It
The ticket is referencing a promo or program, such as 36/12 or REPEAT10, and the processor will need to review the ticket and apply the necessary promo details. Add the promo code to the Promo Code ticket property
The primary associated company on the ticket requires custom SKUs. This order may or may not require custom SKUs. Change the Custom SKUs Required Company property to Yes (See the CS Account Notes Company Tab), and associate the company with the ticket as the primary company

Art Approval Pipeline
As of July 2026, Art Approval tickets come in as an email from no-reply@richardsonsports.com, and do not come in as a form automatically mapped to properties.

Amazing HubSpot magic is parsing data from the subject and body of the email and populating properties. These when these properties are True, the ticket tag appears in the Art Approval Pipeline.

This data is dependent on the order being processed set up in EWO properly prior to sending art to the dealer. If Multiple Dropships? isn't checked when you send the art proof, the ticket will not be tagged with the Multiple Dropships ticket tag. You can change values from False to True on the ticket tag to update the tag.
