Setting Up or Adjusting SAP Shortcuts
SAP Shortcuts should be set up during onboarding, but adding them or adjusting them is easy if needed!
Video: How to Set Up SAP Shortcuts
1. In SAP, click Tools, hover over My Shortcuts, and click Customize
2. Select the Shortcut from the Dropdown, and then find the appropriate Module and Window
For Example, F2: Select F2 on the shortcut dropdown, click on Sales A/R in the module column to highlight it, and then click Sales Quotation in the Window column to highlight it
3. Click Allocate once the Shortcut, Module and Window are selected. The entry in the Current Window cell should now match what you selected in the Window Column
4. Go to your next shortcut dropdown and follow the same steps (see table below)
5. Once all shortcuts are set, click OK
6. To remove a shortcut, click Remove to clear the Current Window value, and then find the appropriate value and allocate (if needed)
