Blank orders are all manually created from the inboxes at this time. 

• National Accounts: orders for our main accounts that are approved for Blanks. Includes BSN.
• Galls: Blank orders for QU907CC (Galls) receive VAS and are handled by a dedicated CSR
• Captuer: Captuer division blank orders are handled by the Captuer team or a dedicated CSR
• Catalog Requests: requests from dealers for catalogs
• Other: Special situations approved by management can go here, as well as Disney. If the website were down and we were processing orders blank, tickets could be created here
